Seven websites to help you save at the pump

Back in June of 2008 I wrote a blog post here https://realtytechbytes.com/11-ridiculously-easy-ways-to-improve-your-fuel-economy-and-save-at-the-pump/ that had 11 ways to save at the pump.  I had some great comments and suggestions from readers on that post as well, so you may want to go back and check it out again. But here it is nearly 3 years later,…

THE most important software on your computer is…

What is the most important part of your computer? Is it the monitor, the keyboard, the hard drive? How about the memory? Maybe it’s the operating system or maybe it’s your email program. I’ll admit that all of those are key components of your computer, but in my opinion, the most important part is your…

Easy way to print any blog article

I have a confession to make.  I like to print things.  I enjoy reading things on line, but when something really gets to me (both in a good way and in a not so good way) I want a hard copy of it.  Consequently, I am often found doing copy and paste from websites and…

How do you find your ideal client?

Last April I wrote a two part series about finding new clients using social tools, and in Part Two of that series I talked a little bit about working with only those people that you like.  Here are links to those articles because I think that you should quickly review them as they will set…

Join me … and share my screen … for free!

I’ve recently been running some hands on classes that required the attendees to do some preparation work before coming to the class.  One of the students was struggling with a few of the assignments and I knew that if I could just show him the proper things to do, that he could get back on…

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! It’s the time of year that we run around wishing each other happiness for the new year. I love this custom because it’s one of the dates in the season of many religious holidays that I think that we can all agree upon. When I say Happy New Year to you, I…

Who is your ideal client?

Last week I talked about being visible via blogging, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  And I alluded that there was a caveat to doing so and that it wasn’t what you might think. For years now I have been concerned about what I perceive is the lack of focus or direction that most real estate websites…
