I constantly get this question (or some variation of it) “What CRM should I use?
I think the reason that I get this question so often is because agents are finally getting the picture that they need some method to keep track of their leads and a method to stay in touch with sphere’s of influence, past clients and the many random people that we come into contact with every day.
And that’s a good thing! I’ve often heard that the money is in the list, which is true as afar as it goes. It’s probably more accurate to say that the money is in the list if your list hears from from on a regular basis with relevant information. (Relevant info is a topic for another time)
If you do a Google search for real estate crm you will get many pages of results. (http://google.com/search?q=real+estate+crm)
This only complicates the matter because it would take you days to sift through all of that data and even then, you probably wouldn’t be sure that you had actually found the right crm for you. It’s for this reason that I hesitate to answer the question.
So here is the simple truth: it doesn’t really matter what crm you are using. Changing crm’s is probably not going to have a major impact on your bottom line. What DOES matter is that you use one.
So, which one? The quick answer is the one that you already have. I’ll go out on a limb here and suggest that your broker has already provided you with one! If so, go learn it and start using it!
If you don’t have one provided to you, then take a few minutes to step through this quick questionnaire which will give you some suggestions based on your answers, that will get you started: http://whatsmyrealestatecrm.com
If, after reading this, you aren’t convinced that you need one, I’m going to ask you watch this video from sales coach Tom Ferry, in which he dishes on the REAL value of a crm to you! https://youtu.be/Mmm-7o4gVrk
