I was recently asked by an agent who works for a competitor in a different market, which CRM I would recommend. Since she wasn’t in my market area, there was no sense in me trying to recruit her to my company so that she could take advantage of our in house CRM.
During our conversation I remembered that back in September of 2012 I wrote a post about a low cost, highly functional and very easy to learn and use product called RealtyJuggler. You can read it here: https://realtytechbytes.com/real-estate-crm-for-everyone-even-if-you-are-not-techie/
After our conversation had ended and I returned to my office, I decided to go check on RealtyJuggler and see what they were up to these days.
The first thing that I saw was the price increase from $99.00 to $179.00 per year. After snooping around on the site, I saw that this was the first price increase ever, so I’m not going to ding them for the price increase. Especially since they have added to the functionality of the product.
In my opinion, it’s still the best value in Real Estate CRM systems, unless you can get one for free. Even then, you’d have a difficult time in matching all that RealtyJuggler can do.
Instead of me listing all that it can do, take a few minutes to look at the comparison charts for 10 of the most popular real estate CRM’s vs RealtyJuggler:

So, if you are in the market for a CRM that is easy to use (and learn), highly functional and still reasonably priced, spend some time taking a look. They have a 90 day trial period that does NOT require you to pony up a credit card. That’s long enough to really put this through it’s paces.
If you do decide to check them out, tell them that I sent you!
