Compare Realvolve, Top Producer, and RealtyJuggler
https://www.g2.com/compare/realvolve-vs-top-producer-vs-realtyjuggler
I have personal experience with TopProducer, RealtyJuggler, and kvCore, having used all three at various times over the years. If I had to pick the one for a budget-conscious agent, it would be RealtyJuggler. It has almost all of the bells and whistles that the big-name CRMs do, but at a minimal cost, and has a 90-day free trial!
If I were to pick the one for an agent who was more traditional and who did not care about the cost, I’d go with TopProducer. For many years, this was the Gold Standard in real estate CRMs. It has everything you need to track leads, escrows, and follow-ups.
But, if I was a digital native agent who was comfortable in using social media, emails, websites, and more, kvCORE is the way to go. It’s expensive and has a steep learning curve, but once you master it, you will have a beast of a marketing machine.
Happy New Year!
