Got a question for you.
Since we have all been under “house arrest” for the past few months, what have you done with your time to advance your business?
Once you got over the initial shock of being forced to make major changes in your life and business, what have you done to recalibrate your business, to streamline it, to open new methods?
For me, I have spent the time cleaning up small projects that I have been putting off “until I had time” for them. These included yard work, home office improvements, and other make work projects.
I’ve also spent time on my health by walking 5 miles a day on days when it wasn’t raining.
But, as necessary as all of that was, I wasn’t actually doing anything that would advance my business capabilities until just recently.
What I decided to do was to obtain another certification from NAR. The one that I chose was the ABR or Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
In doing some research I found that NAR is offering substantial discounts on many of their online classes. On further investigation I found that the California Association (CAR) had a similar sale on their offerings.
Here is the link to NAR’s offerings: https://www.onlinelearning.realtor/a/home

If you work in another state or country, you may find that they are doing the same thing. Try going to the appropriate web site and look for the Education tab to see what they may offer.
Take this time to improve your business processes before we are all back to work and you are “too busy” to do it. You’ll be glad that you did.
