Short and sweet this week in honor of Valentine’s Day here in the US.
I know that none of us are ever very far away from our phones, so I want to concentrate on a couple of apps that I believe need to be on your phone.
A few weeks back I told you about myTheo. Have you read that post and installed that app yet? If you haven’t, here is a link to the post. At least go read it: https://realtytechbytes.com/take-control-of-the-way-you-work-with-the-mls-with-mytheo/
Back in July of 2019 I told you about HomeSnap and how I was the hero to a traveling group of singers because I had that app on my phone. I was able to give them up to date info on ANY home that they saw as we traveled around Philadelphia, Boston and Washington DC. I had info on the house, the owners, the neighborhood and even some pictures. For the home that were in the local MLS, I had all of the MLS data as well. You may have missed that post so here is a link to it: (I really recommend that you go and look at it now) https://realtytechbytes.com/the-most-addictive-real-estate-app/
Finally, in July of 2020 I updated the July 2019 article on HomeSnap with information that HomeSnap had announced that they had rolled out the ability to predict a home that was likely to list!
In this market with so few listings on the market, wouldn’t it be great if you could focus your prospecting on home owners who data suggest are likely to list?
Go read that article here: https://realtytechbytes.com/a-must-have-phone-app-for-real-estate-agents/
You can click on by and ignore me, but the ones who take action and get their hands on these apps will be significantly on top of their listing game!
