Ever notice how some agents have all the luck? I mean some agents get a new listing every week. Heck, some even get them daily!
How do they do it? Who knows how they do it, but I’ll bet that hard work, a systematic approach to prospecting, great conversion and presentation skills and maybe a little bit of luck have something to do with it!!

Offrs – Have you heard the term “predictive analytics”? Essentially, it’s a method of predicting who is going to sell their homes based on computer modeling. That’s what Offrs does, but they also add in the use of surveys to homes they think will sell.
