I’ve been writing this blog since the end of 2007. Since I publish it every week, that means that I have had to come up with something to write about 52 times every year. If you figure that I’ve been doing this for overt 13 years, and do the math, that’s over 675 articles.
To put that another way, over the past 13 years I have had to come up with over 600 ideas of things to write about!
So, if you are casting about four things to post on social media, things to use for handouts or even things for emails to your farms and spheres, I feel your pain!
I’ve written about a few companies that provide content for you, so I’ll include the links to a few of those articles before moving on to the point of this post!

At any rate, I re-discovered a FREE resource from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) that you may or may not be aware of even exists.
The resource is called REALTOR® Content Resource and can be found at https://members.houselogic.com
To access this you will need to know your NRDS number and your last name. If you have no idea what your NRDS number is, you can look it up at https://login.connect.realtor/#!/forgotmember
Once you are logged in at REALTOR® Content Resource you will have access to hundreds of authoritative homeownership, buying, and selling articles ready to use in your consumer communications. When you log in, you’re just three simple steps away from sharing original content via social media, e-mail, your website, blog, e-newsletter, or printed handout. The REALTOR® Content Resource is the member version of HouseLogic, NAR’s consumer website.
So, when you are stymied trying to come up with some content, remember to go to REALTOR® Content Resource!
