For many of use it’s time to renew your Board or Association of REALTORS® dues.  Some of us grumble about this annual assault on our bank accounts and often wonder what we are getting for this outflow of cash.

I’m here to tell you that we get a lot.  Some of it is well hidden though!

While noodling about the NAR web site (Not realtor.com! I ran across an interesting freebie!

Go to https://magazine.realtor/sales-and-marketing/handouts-for-customers and look at what they have made available for you to download and customize!

There are handouts for buyers, handouts for sellers and handouts for homeowners!

The Buyer and Seller Handouts can be downloaded as a booklet.  All three can be downloaded as individual handouts though in case you don’t want the booklet version.

All can be easily customized as they are in Microsoft Word format.  (Mac users you can open and customize them in Pages).  There is even a video on the page to show you how to customize them with your logo and contact info.

I suggest that you take advantage of this cool freebie, customize and print a few of each.  They will save you tons of time explaining some of the basics of buying or selling a home to your clients. Plus you will look more professional than your peers who are using title company handouts, or worse, nothing at all!
