In this age of social media, text messaging and other electronic means of staying in touch, direct mail still works! Don’t believe me, check your mailbox … I’ll bet that you get all sorts of direct mail from businesses (and even other REALTORS®). And I’ll further bet that you get mail from some of the same businesses and people month after month. That should make you think that they are getting some sort of positive result or they would soon stop spending the money.
Building the mailing list can be a problem though. Even though you may be able to get geographically sorted lists from title companies, getting them targeted to the exact audience that you want can be an issue.
