Recently Facebook got slapped by HUD and the DOJ because of allegations that their advertising platform could be used to unfairly target or even exclude some protected classes.

It’s not for me to say whether or not that they did. But, the result is that there are fewer options for Facebook advertising than there used to be.
So, in order to continue to leverage the power of Facebook, we should look at other options.
I recently found a VERY inexpensive solution to posting content to Facebook (and other social sites) that allows you to schedule posts into the future (Up to 200 posts on the the starter plan) and then actually being able to recycle the posts well into the future, if it is an Evergreen type post.
Evergreen posts are those that would be relevant when they are viewed weeks from now. A listing that is sold wouldn’t be an evergreen post for instance. But one that is sitting on the market certainly would be.
You are given the opportunity to see current Analytics so, over time, you can really focus on those posts that get you the most engagement. Knowing which of your posts are already getting “play” would help you to know which posts are worth “boosting”. A boosted post doesn’t offer as many opportunities to target the audience, but if the post is doing well on your timeline, chances are that it will do well as an ad too.
You can find it at: https://www.oneupapp.io/
Go give it try. They do have a free 7 day trial account and if you like it, start out with the $3.00 a month plan which I think should be all that you need going forward.
Since this is a web based tool, it will work on any platform, Mac, PC, Android and iPhone/iPad.
Have fun with this one!
