Imagine this, if you will.
You KNOW that you should probably send out postcards around your new listing. Often times a new listing in a neighborhood will spark another home owner to put their home on the market, so sending out Just Listed postcards is a proven way to get the word out to them.
The same holds true when you close escrow on that listing and want to tell the neighborhood how great you are!
The problem is that you’ve got to get to your computer and use the company provided system or some other third party postcard provider. Or worse yet, you’ve got to design your own, find the printer, get the mailing list together, address them, add postage and truck them to the post office.
Sometimes we only want to send a small quantity and then we have to contend with minimum order sizes of 200 or so.
Stop the madness! I found a vendor with an iPhone app (They also have an Android app) that allows to you to select a design, select an area, add your own branding and more!
The vendor is http://www.neighborhoodpostcards.com and you can get the apps at:
iPhone: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/neighborhood-postcards/id1358559063
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.neighborhoodpostcards.slcv4&hl=en
(These work best from your phone, so open this post on the phone)
Once installed, go to the Menu button and select Real Estate as this app can be used for businesses other than real estate.
It auto selects the location where you are, (HINT: Do it from your Listing!) and then offers to send 10 postcards for you for free. Good way to check it out!
Other pricing (at the time of this posting) is as follows:
10 Postcards (Free)
30 Postcards ($25)
70 Postcards ($50)
140 Postcards ($100)
400 Postcards ($280)
After you do that you are given the opportunity to customize one of 7 different designs.
I think that this is an extraordinary deal, but don’t take my word, go ahead and download the app and take it for a spin. Ten postcards, designed, addressed, printed and mailed for FREE is an opportunity that you’d be silly to pass up!
