Today is July 4th, so if you are reading this in the United States, Happy 4th of July! We celebrate this day to commemorate our independence from England. This independence was won by ordinary citizens armed with guns who stood up to an oppressive government and won. If you are reading this in the UK you may have another opinion!
In other news, I have been thinking about the use of video in our real estate practice.
By now you must have at least thought about using video in your business. You may have even started using your phone to shoot some videos and if so, yay for you!
But, if you ever wanted to just sit in front of your computer to shoot a video you may have wondered what was the best way to get the job done.
Over the last year and a half or so we have all become familiar with using Zoom to attend meetings and webinars, but did you know that Zoom can be a very effective tool for creating videos?
Here is what you need to do to use Zoom for video creation.

Zoom meeting fatigue is a real thing, but by using zoom this way, you are in control and you can create content that can be used over and over again.
So, what kind of videos can you create? Since you will be sitting in front of your computer or laptop this method lends itself to Market updates, instructional videos or even testimonials.
