Ever get so many emails that you are tempted to just go through and hit delete? No matter who sent them?
Bad idea! I was tempted to do just that recently, but decided to take a more strategic approach and actually open a select bunch and scan them quickly.
I am very glad I did because an email from the SRES Council had a link to a FREE member benefit that I was completely unaware of until I read the email.
It turns out, that this benefit is available to ALL members of the National Association of REALTORS®, not just SRES members.
There are any number of social media tools that will help you create content, brand it and post it for you. But Photofy takes that concept and runs with it in a very unique way, and does so for FREE. (My favorite pricing model!)
The unique method that they use is that ALL of the NAR related creative content is available within the app and is made very easy to modify, brand and schedule for posting across almost all of the popular social media platforms.
As mentioned, all NAR members have access, but if you hold NAR designations, there is separate content for each of your designations. I have the CRS, CRB and SRES designations, so I have four (counting the NAR for everyone) different sets of content that i can choose from.
Since this works only your phone (both iOS and Android phones are supported) I can use idle time to choose content, modify it and get it ready to go to my favorite social platform.
It’s truly a game changer. To learn more, spend less than 2 minutes to watch this video:
If that piqued your interest here is a more in depth look that will only take about 18 minutes.

I think that the ideal use for this tool is as an additional content source that you can use along with what you already have going on.
If you haven’t started using social media platforms yet because of time or money restrictions, this solves both those issues.
My advice? Get on it before others in your market place do. The advantage always goes to the early adopters!
