I don’t know if this will hit you the same way as it did me, but it made me stop and spend some time on the website.

The concept for this web based CMA tool came from an agent’s ability to gather information from many sources and then put it together in an appealing way.

I know that there are many CMA products out there to choose from.  And several of them are really killer.  But I think that this one is brilliant.

I was sold on the product and decided to sign up for it only to find out that my MLS wasn’t onboard yet!  I used the handy chat feature on the site to ask when they thought they’d be in the San Francisco Bay Area and was told in 3 to 4 weeks.  I was also told that if I sent an email requesting that they add all of our MLSs up here that they would keep me posted when it becomes available.  Right now it looks like most, if not all, of Los Angeles is live as is Las Vegas.
