I don’t know how it is in your area, but open houses are back in my market area!
After nearly 18 months of restrictive policies on open houses, many agents had pretty much given up on open houses being a great source of business generation.
Lately though, the rules have relaxed and open houses are back!
I thought it might be timely to pull together some resources help you get back in to the groove on open houses.
