What if I can't attend the full day?

The workshop is designed as a full-day intensive where each session builds on the previous one. We strongly recommend attending the entire workshop to get maximum value. If you absolutely must leave early, let us know in advance.

Are refreshments provided?

Yes! Coffee, snacks, and refreshments are provided throughout the day. You're welcome to bring your own lunch or grab something nearby during the lunch break.

What's your refund policy?

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, we can't offer refunds due to materials preparation, but you can transfer your ticket to another agent.

Can I bring a team member or assistant?

Absolutely! Each person needs their own ticket, but you'll both benefit from going through the exercises together. You might even want to be each other's accountability partners.
