I spent 3 and a half days last week in San Francisco attending Agent Reboot and Inman Connect. Although I could write volumes about my experiences at both events, I won’t do that now as I want to zero in on one particular thing that I learned that can have a major positive impact on your business. I am constantly on the lookout for software, websites, tech tools and information that can help real estate agents work smarter, faster or for less money. So, I was delighted when I ran across one of the vendors at Inman Connect that fulfilled all of those requirements and more.

Essentially this website started by two former real estate agents, turned broker owners, turned successful broker owners (later managers) provides a variety of tools that YOU need…and they do it for FREE! (The BEST pricing in my book).
The site is divided into four main sections: CREATE, SUCCEED, LEARN and SHARE.
The CREATE portion is what first caught my eye as it is here where you can create really fabulous print marketing materials such as post cards, property brochures, personal brochures, business cards, letterhead, newsletter templates and more. They even provide you with real estate letters that you can use to communicate with prospects, clients and other agents. The final piece is the icing on the cake, and that is a smashing PowerPoint presentation that you can modify with your information and logo and that you can download to use on your PC, Mac or iPad! That is all pretty sweet in my book!
But wait! There’s more! (With apologies to late night TV commercials). The SUCCEED portion contains information and resources on business planning, new agent tools, accounting, motivation, company analysis, websites and technology, checklists and even reviews of books that will help you grow your business.
Then there is the LEARN section which has recorded interviews with experts, statistics, hot topics and best practices. (My area did not show up in market stats, but they advise that if I ask them to add them that they will. Seems like a small point as I can get my market stats from the MLS anyway)
The final piece is the SHARE section. This area contains their blog, and events calendar, and sections for you to add your best practices, observations and rants!
The site is supported by advertisers who want to reach real estate agents which is why it is free for you. On my recent visit, when I set the zip code to my local one, I did not see any ads other than a Google Adsense unit. This means that there is ample opportunity for local service providers such as title companies, home warranty companies, general contractors, landscapers, designers, stagers, lenders, and anyone else who wants to reach agents to advertise.
