We are having a power outage for the second day in a row. It seems like PG&E cannot get it’s act together in fixing this one. A little while back they tore up some roads nearby and and told us that after they were done we would have fewer and less severe outages. Right! Last night we had a two hour outrage and so far today it’s going on three hours.
So what’s my point? Well normally I write my weekly blog post (what you’re reading) days in advance and then set WordPress to publish it at 7 PM Pacific time on Sunday. This week I had a number of things come up and did not get to it, thinking I had all day Sunday (today) to get this done. Things didn’t work out that way though!
Immediately upon arriving at my house, after the morning activities, the power went out and stayed out! So here I sit, composing this on my iPad and Logitech Keyboard using the WordPress App for the iPad. And guess what? It works like a charm,.
Which brings me to the point I made in my title. Sometimes procrastinating DOES pay off because I finally got a chance (and the motivation) to use the WordPress app that I have had loaded on my iPad for a few years now.
So here are my questions for you, would a little procrastination on something help you in any way? Or would it cause more trouble than it’s worth? What could you procrastinate on? Want to tell us?
