ProxioPro seems like a good idea. There are typically 2 main reasons why a property won’t sell. The first reason is the price is too high. If this is the reason, no amount of techniques will help. The general public isn’t stupid, they’re not going to overpay in this market. The other main reason is that the agent is not reaching out enough to potential buyers. This is where I feel that a tool such as ProxioPro would come in handy.

Right you are. In most case I see agents do a good job of exposure so pricing is usually the reason why things don’t sell. Using a tool like this helps the agent make the argument that exposure is not the issue leaving just the price.
