I am very excited to announce that I have joined Bradley Real Estate in San Rafael as the newly created Director of Technology, Social Media and Education!
I have been following the growth of Bradley Real Estate for the past few years and have liked what I heard and saw. So when I ran across an ad that they were running (in Craigslist and on LinkedIn) I contacted Melissa Bradley, the Founder of the company. (Hey, always go to the top if you can!)
We spoke on the phone and then via email and finally had a face to face meeting.
Bradley has grown their company from just Melissa to over 400 agents working from 11 offices in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties. Although the company has it’s roots in residential real estate. they also have a thriving Commercial Division as well.

you will know that I was looking to join a real estate company that “gets” the fact that they need to support their agents in the new reality of real estate. The reality is that today’s consumers are better prepared when they enter the market because of the technology in use today. And agents need to know how to use smart phones, social media, listing portals, cloud technologies, paperless transactions, mobile marketing and so on. The agent of today needs to be well trained and well versed on the art of listing, selling and marketing. And they need to be well versed on how to best use today’s technologies to assist them in the art of real estate.
What sets Bradley Real Estate apart from many other brokerage firms is their actual AND demonstrated care for their agents. Now, you may think that this statement is self serving (after all, I am now part of the team) but bear with me for a moment as I explain.
