A few years back I told you about an app that you could use to send greeting cards form your phone (http://realtytechbytes.com/a-nifty-way-to-send-those-christmas-cards) and towards the end of that article, I off handedly mentioned another app (Postagram) for sending photo postcards.
My idea at the time was to use the apps in lieu of sending Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa cards. I just ran across the Postagram app again and realized that it also has a really fabulous use in everyday business.
What if you were to snap a photo of the house that you were trying to list and then used that photo as a Postagram postcard? What if you included a thank you message on the card?
Do you think it would show that you were somebody who thinks out side of the box? Would it show the prospective sellers that you probably had other great outside of the box ideas?
Take the picture when you arrive at the house while it is still light (Or drive by the afternoon of the appointed day and take the picture then). Then after the appointment is over, sit in your car, open the app, add the picture, add your message thanking them by name and send it off all for 99 cents! Takes only a moment, and I believe that it will set you apart from anyone else that they may be interviewing!
The app is free, it’s available on the Apple App Store and the Google PlayStore. Individual postcards are 99 cents, but they have a bulk purchase option where you can purchase 18 cards for $14.99, 50 cards for $39.90 and 134 cards for $99.99.

Want to try one for free? Here’s a free $.99 photo Postagram for you: http://getapp.in/O936i
And, you could still use the app to send regular greetings!
