It's pretty amazing that you have to beg your agents to get on the band wagon. There does have to be a passion to write concise poignant statements. It's also time consuming but I manage. Just the other day, I received a call from Patty Joyce, a past client. Her Mother owns a 4 plex in Hayward. She noticed from my Rodriguez Report that I sold my 18 units, and called her Mother right away. She told her to get ahold of me and Rick will sell your APARTMENTS. I spoke to her today, and while she is not there (ready to sell); she's a lot closer. By the way, Patty lives in Kentucky!!!! And, thanks for encouraging me to post The Rodriguez Report on Facebook!
