Professional Development Series
Time Management
This course takes the agent through the reasons time management is essential to a real estate agent and shows several different effective techniques for managing their time. At the completion of the class the agent will have a blueprint for a one year time management calendar.
Business Development
This class will take the agent through traditional business development techniques as well as show them how new media marketing techniques (email, e-newsletters, blogging, websites and social media) can help them build a business
Listing Presentation
This class teaches how to prospect for listings, prepare a CMA and deliver a winning listing presentation.
AgencyLogic
This is a nuts and bolts course that will train agents on how to use AgencyLogic websites to market their listings and to attract buyers for those listings.
ToolKit CMA
This class will show the agents just how easy it is to produce stunning CMAs for both sellers and buyers. This is also a nuts and bolts class.
AgentMetrics
This nuts and bolts class will show agents how to use AgentMetrics to demonstrate their grasp of current market conditions using charts, graphs and powerful analytical tools.
Five Things that you can do now to jump start your business
This class will show the agents 5 simple things that they can do to get their business rolling again. They will be able to implement these ideas right away after the class.
Typical time required for each of the above classes is 60 to 90 minutes for the technology classes and 90 to 120 minutes for the skills classes, depending on questions from those attending. All classes have been developed by Jerry Kidd.
